Returns policy



As a family business we are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition or you are not happy with the purchase, please inform us by email at info@supptoyou.co.uk.


Please contact us within 30 days of ordering to return any items to receive a refund. We are only able to provide a refund for unopened products, if any supplement is received by ourselves having been opened no refund will be provided.


Please provide details of the address to return the item. We will cover the cost of returns.


PLEASE NOTE: You must inform us within 30 days of despatch if you require a refund.


Lost Parcels

If you have any lost or missing items from your order then please email ourselves at info@supptoyou.co.uk. Lost parcels must be reported to ourselves within 30 days of dispatch. We will not be liable for any loss if fail to comply with this.


Refunds

A refund will be provided within 7 days of receiving a return. Normally to the payment method used to order the products.
