As a family business we are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition or you are not happy with the purchase, please inform us by email at infor@supptoyou.co.uk where we will provide details of the address to return the item to and provide free postage. Please contact us within 30 days of ordering to return any items to recieve a refund.

we are only able to provide a refund for unopened products if any suppliment is recieved by oursleves having been opened no refund will be provided.

You must inform us within 30 days of dispatch if you require a refund.

Lost Parcels

If you have any lost or missing items from your order then please email oursleves at infro@supptoyou.co.uk. Lost parcels must be reported to oursleves within 30 days of dispatch. We will not be liable for any loss if fail to comply with this.

Refunds

A refund will be provided within 7 days of recieving a return. Normally to the paymnet method used to order the products.
